Financing Options

Insurance:
We are providers for most dental insurance plans. Please feel free to call our office if you have any questions regarding your coverage.

VIP Program:
The Spring Creek Dental VIP Membership program is a reduced fee dental plan for individuals and families that do not participate in another insurance plan. Participants in the plan receive up to 20% off most dental work in addition to diagnostic services including free exams and x-rays. The plan is offered on an annual basis and coverage schedules start on the first of the month and end at the end of the month. Children may be members only as dependents of adult members. Payment is due in full on the date of service for members of the VIP plan.

Payment options:
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. We also have a variety of payment plan options administered through CareCredit for your convenience. Patients that do not have insurance or are not members of the VIP plan receive a 5% cash discount.
